Symbolism expressed in form. The 1461 Phoenix 3-eye shoe captures the spirit of the phoenix: resilience, strength and renewal. Using the original 1461 shoe??s silhouette as a canvas, we applied black Vintage Smooth leather with a unique red print etched in. And retained classic DM??s features: a scripted heel loop, yellow welt stitching and a smoke DMS sole with classic grooving.

A retro version of our signature smooth leather with subtle grained effect and contrast base color.
Care Instructions
Wipe away dirt using a damp cloth. Apply a neutral or correct colored wax based shoe polish. Buff with a Dr. Martens Shoe Brush to restore shine as desired. We do not recommend the use of leather cleaners as they could damage the two-tone effect.
Construction
Goodyear Welted – the upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, providing more comfort and durability for years to come.
